how to make tag with decal converter

download decal converter:
http://files.cs-bg.info/software/DecalConverterSetup.exe

how to use the program:

1 Install it!
2 Open it!
3 Click on File, then Open Picture
4 You can adjust the length and breadth of the picture (Weight-Height-length and width)
* Note: Under the Weight and Height is a window Size.Ako it is black, does not have a problem with the picture, and red if you can not use it.
* If you want to use it and reduce the size of Weight and Height while not black (it comes to Size)
5 when you're done, click Make Decal
6 Give the file a place to go (best in the disk D)
7 Rename the file to tempdecal.wad (initially said pldecal.wad)
8 Put it in the folder cstrike
